Who We Are:
Community & Family Resources, formerly known as North Central Alcoholism Research Foundation (NCARF), is a private, non-profit corporation formed in 1968 and licensed by the Iowa Department of Public Health. We are a behavioral health care organization serving the needs of the chemically dependent, compulsive gambler, families and communities through individualized treatment and prevention services. We serve the entire state of Iowa but concentrate on Calhoun, Hamilton, Humboldt, Pocahontas, Webster and Wright counties.
